Le corrigé du cahier d'exercices: un outil d'autoévaluation pour éveiller l'autonomie chez les apprenants de francais langue estrangére (FLE)

DescripciónNormally, in a foreign language class when teachers use tools as a manual and his workbook the control activities and evaluation have been an issue of concern for teachers. However, students can be responsible for their self-correction if their teachers guide them how to do it. The objective of this study is to make students work with the workbook´s answer key of Tout va bien 1 manual, used in French classes in order to make them be aware of their autonomy and at the same time make them think about their learning style. This study took place with a beginner’s class in a Language Center of the University of Veracruz, Poza Rica-Tuxpan region. The results show that the guided use of the workbook´s key is an effective tool to promote metacognitive strategies of self-correction and selfassessment (75% of students) and 59% of them showed more independence after participated in this research. Therefore, we propose to implement the use of the workbook´s answer key, in order to encourage students to reflect and develop their autonomy in a French Class as a Language.
