DescriptionThis is a paper based on the premise that teachers construct their sense of professional identity influenced by their interpretations of their continuing interactions within their context. It is argued here that this sense of professional identity is manifested in t he level of teachers’ job satisfaction, occupational commitment, self - efficacy and motivation .
